Add Skinr module support for Quicktabs tab styles

The Skinr module (http://drupal.org/project/skinr) made a big splash at the Design for Drupal event last weekend. It would be awesome to have Quicktabs support the Skinr API so that tab styles can be provided (and selectable in the UI) by other modules or themes.
