I installed the module. Activated it. Moved the theme files to my theme directory, pasted the uprofile.inc into the import section of content types.

Is there something I am missing?

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks.

Hard to say. Did you follow the readme.txt exactly? I just went through it on a clean install and only found a few minor corrections for the readme which are now committed. ( Updated readme ) Otherwise, it's working just fine so I need more information to be able to guess where you might have gone wrong.
