Hello...
I installed this nice module and enabled it at MOdule section. Ok.
Then when I look for configure it, simply doesnt appear anywhere... am I blind?
at permissions section: nothing! at block section: nothing!

could you tell me where I supossed to look for?

You might want to ask your question in the support queue for that specific module. That way the people that know it, or are using it are more likely to see and be able to respond.
