Are there many good modules available for D7? I am running a D7 test server and would like to try a few modules that I use in D6, like a Rich Text Editor, Smileys, image uploader, views/panels and Advanced Forums... Are any of these available yet?

the easiest way to find out what modules are available for D7 is to sort the modules list by the version #.

There aren't many module available at this point and module movement enmasse doesn't usually occur until Drupal is released as RC. Though you will see more movement in contrib after the "code" freeze of D7 and developers know that the API's will not drastically change.
