I am trying to keep the shoutbox posted at the banner1 location with a fixed size of 150px. I have the overflow set to auto - so in theory it is working as I would like it to. The one drawback at the 'Shout' button is inside that 150px window instead of below it. The only way to post a new shout message is to scroll down the end of the box.
