Only listing nodes where original language = current language

Description
While logged in as Admin I can see all nodes, but when logged in as another user (still has all permissions = manage en translation, overview priorities, manage fr translation overview priorities, view translation overview assigments) can only see nodes where original language = current language. Can't see away to set the filter to view all - only have Status, type, category options.

Do you have any node access modules enabled?

Content Access. Have checked these permissions for this user. Tried disabling but didn't help.

even on the translated nodes? could you post a screen shot of what you're actually seeing?

Yep, have disabled that module and given the user full permissions for the content type the files are in. Can't spot any other permissions/settings/modules it could be.
On the top you've got what can been seen when user is in EN (EN original only), under that you have what the user can see when in FR (FR original only) and under that a bit of what the Admin can see in either EN or FR.

After recent upgrades/updates is now OK.
