I'm not actually a visual designer so I'm afraid I don't have the skills to create a similar design in another color. I would be on the look out for similar designs that are GPL or CC licensed so that I can turn them into Drupal themes. If you know of a similar GPL or CC licensed design (allowed for commercial use with attribution), I'd happily turn it into a Drupal theme for free.
