Hi, I am very new to drupal. I know nothing about the Drupal. So, I need a guide line about "How to start working on drupal".
I am using Ubuntu 9.04 on my system.

I would recommend you start with the "Getting Started" guide on the support page... http://drupal.org/getting-started/6

Then ask questions once you've had a read.

Try reading the drupal documentation as said above.
You could also try this e-book, which you can download over net : Drupal 6 - Building powerful and robust.

I like the videos - but they seem to be just a hog-podge of topics.

Is there an order to "which one should I watch first"?

Depends on what you're having the most trouble with.

My suggestion is to install Apache/MySQL on your computer and install Drupal for testing purposes. Have a play, then work out some questions. You'll usually find the answer on the forums if you search hard enough.

If your problem is with installation there is documentation on the site, and probably a screencast somewhere - maybe if you try Google for Drupal installation screencast?
