Replace Depricated vspace/hspace with margin

Issue Summary

I think it would be nice to replace the vspace and hspace attributes in the image properties dialogue for an element style margin. Alternatively, perhaps remove those options in favor of predefined css classes of various margins, which a user could then override in their own stylesheet.

vspace and hspace are not xhtml strict compatible and will often be overridden by css resets.
