I'm using Weather module 6.x-5.5 and have a weather block on the front page (home) of my site. The weather is only current after login, otherwise it shows old information, like the weather for midnight or something. Is there a setting I missed somewhere, or is this a bug?

Probably due to caching, I'd guess. You can set the caching config to refresh more often, or you can disable caching (which would not be advisable; only good if you don't expect a lot of visitors).
