'secure' attribute of menus doesn't affect child menus

Description
It would be rather convenient, if the 'secure' attribute that can be set for menus, were to "trickle" down to child menus, just like 'access' does in Drupal. Here is a patch for 5.x-1.x-dev to implement this.
