To prevent site specific issues use sites/all like it did before (overlooked).

It's good to have a parameter to configure folder inside sites.

This changes all sites/script.d6x.loc (my site where I optimized script db) to sites/all.

I think for now we will hold of on the parameter, eventually I would like to rewrite this script in PHP.
