which module to use?

I am creating a Drupal 6.x site where I have a specific need and I am not sure which module is best to use.

Here is what I am trying to do:

allow the end user to:
create a record for a physical location (like a house), to include metadata as follows:

1. 5-10 basic fields, like:

street address,
type,
year built,
etc, etc

2. Allow ability to upload from 1-10 photos that need to be associated with the metadata above.

Then to display, I want to be able to search by address, lor some other field above then display all the photos and metadata together.

(Sort of like a standard online realty website)

Does anyone know if there is an out of the box module that will do this?
