Description
Attempting to install import_node, it warned me that Content and Content Copy were required. I clicked ok to proceed, and got a WSOD. error_log reported
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function content_copy_import_form() in /Users/simonroberts/src/drupal/DRUPAL6/contributions/modules/import/examples/import_node/import_node.install on line 84
This is probably related to #461578: Example Node Import install, generates error, but with different symptom.
