1) I downloaded the translation.
2) I chose a different module
3) When you try to download it I get an error: "Invalid project chosen" :(

I think it makes sense to add the button "Change Project"

Yes, after download translation for one module I can't get translation for another without reloading Export page. It very much is not convenient.

Looks like a duplicate of #554144: Project information is not kept between View/Edit links which attempts to implement this AHAH project changer for the export screen. Looks like your issues come from not reloading the page, so the release selected does not belong to the project selected. An AHAH reloading page component should solve this.
