User login block displays improperly

Description
I installed the theme Lincoln's Revenge and found the User login block displays improperly: the username text input is wider than normal width, which should be as same as the width of the password input.
I also found the demo version with the same issue: http://themes.drupal.org/lincolns_revenge
Any solution to fix it? Thanks!
