What's the reason for using this module - in what respect is it better than http://drupal.org/project/creeper or http://drupal.org/project/aws?

Creeper depends on Tarzan which, from my experience, doesn't support uploading large files. This module provides an admin interface for uploading and deleting files on your S3 account.
I have not used http://drupal.org/project/aws.
I developed this module because I plan to use it to build an Amazon S3 Filefield CCK module.
