I am somewhat new to the whole workflow thing but have tried to read all I can. My issue is this.

The Workflow summary menu option is always available no matter what I have set in permissions, etc., as long as you are logged in. An anonymous user does not see the workflow summary menu option.

The only way I can get rid of it is to totally disable the workflow module. If it is enabled and all user permissions are unchecked, I still get the tab and can click it to see the summary page.

I have the workflow working with the appropriate roles able to change workflow states as wanted, I just can't restrict access to the Workflow summary.

I can't see what I am doing wrong for the life of me.

Never mind, I figured out way around it. I changed one of the views access rights and all is well.

The Summary page is created by a View.

So you need to go under Views to edit the settings on it to remove it, rename it, or change access permissions for it. If you're still having trouble, I would need to see your Views configuration in order to help.
