Attached is a small patch to tagadelic_block which allows a per-vocabulary variable to be set by admins which will determine how many tags should be displayed in blocks. Useful for free-tagging vocabularies where the number of tags can quickly run into the 100s, and the hard-coded 12 is a little small.
