Help Needed urgently

Hi All,

Im new to semantic web, I have a task that was given by my proffesor to create semantic search using oracle table. But before that i need to understand what is semantic web first. I found that Semantic Search Faceted Search and Semantic Web looks like somewhat related to my task. I would like to install it and understand how it works. Can anyone help me by giving me a step by step instruction to install or configure the semantic search scripts so that i can see how it works and start learning. I just hve a months time to do this. Please help me I would be really gratefull to you.
