Issue Summary
This contrib CRUD file enables taxonomy exports to be imported from flat files. Requires the Taxonomy Export module.

Re-roll to fix a bug where multiple taxonomy exports could not be imported one after another. Note, you will need a checkout of Taxonomy Export DRUPAL-6--1 to use this.

James -- esp. for contrib/whatever.module, please go ahead and commit after a reasonable time frame. We should probably edit the main project page to list what contrib modules have some level of support. More people will use this code if we support more contrib, so it's all good.
And, in general, thanks for following procedure and posting an issue for each item. You've done lots of work, and now I'm totally intrigued what you're up to with all this code :P
