Can't save changes

I have a problem after migrating the site from localhost to the server can create content, modify it, delete it, but when I try to create any view (or modify), change any block (move) or install any module. For example, i move a block in a upper position and click the save button but nothing happend or i tried to install any module but nothing happends.

It seems strange, because it is not an error writing to the database, only administrative.
