I have installed Drupal 6.12 on my system and it is working fine.
But I can's access it properly after I setup another webserver in front of it to act as reverse proxy server.
Could anybody help how to setup Drupal with reverse proxy?

Have you turned on port forwarding/HTTP request redirection?
This isn't something that anyone here will be able to help you with, instead go to the support for the proxy you are using and enquire about setting up a webserver behind their software.
