Impossible to launch a scrip

With the cvs version of dba, it is impossible for me to launch a .mysql script. When I try to do so (I click on browse then I click on run after choosing my file) it does nothing. No table is created.

But if I copy / paste the mysql script content into the sql query, then launch the query, then it works.
