Is there a way to crop or resize a photo after it's been uploaded to fckeditor? I'm using fckeditor with icme. Before I upload it to the fckeditor I am able to work with it. After the photo is on the page I click on it and go to the install edit button but it just brings up the window to upload it to the page, no tools to work with. Thaanks.

See IMCE Crop, but it works only with Drupal v6.

Try using http://drupal.org/project/image_resize_filter for resizing.
