tinyMCE Help-- resizing?

If anyone could help here, I'd be eternally grateful :)

I've gone through the rather difficult process of installing TinyMCE as my WYSIWYG editor. I have it enabled, it comes up when I create a page however, the text WYSIWYG editor does not fit within the viewing area (it extends way off screen). I'm using the Sky theme and I don't quite know how to fix this.

tinyMCE makes me want to bore a hole in my skull.
