How do you get TinyTinyMCE to open in advanced mode Rich Text version by default?

Issue Summary

Hi,

I am the webmaster of a Drupal based website. I'm not a web head really. Raw code can be a little overwhelming for me.

Could you explain how to get TinyTinyMCE to open in advanced mode Rich Text version by default?

It always needs to be toggled currently from plain text.
