Initially I was having trouble with attaching GPX files and placed the GPX content into the trackfield directly. When doing so the Track Stat field for "Distance" got filled properly after submitting the form.

But now I got the GPX attachments working. The map shows, the graph shows, but the Distance Stat field remains at 0 after creating or updating nodes.

Have you got zero filled in manually on the form? The field on the submission forms needs to be blank or it won't be auto calculated.

No, did not fill in anything.

But I might have found a possible solution:

I had to restart from a backup before I enabled trackfield. This time I set the field order a bit different: first the track data reference field and the track stats after that. And the distance does get calculated now.

Could it be that the field order makes a difference?
