Anonymous Contact Module - how use?

I installed the updated Anonymous Contact (or Contact Anonymous) module, and I can't figure out how to use it. There is apparently no link created in the node. So, how is it used?

And how would you create a link in the node -- like, for example, the Contact Link module?
