RIght now it seems to include a 'browse' link for IMCE, which would be great if we had IMCE installed, but we don't. The button is supposed to go away if IMCE is not there.

Being able to hot link a random image URL is good, though, so it would be nice to fix this button rather than remove it.

I've checked on 3 different 6.x sites where I use bueditor and none of them have the button so there is definitely something goofy in the DruBB bits.
