Documentation and specifics?

Now I realize something like this shouldn't need much documentation, but it'd be nice to know a few specifics. For instance, while it's good that it won't port over already cross-posted entries themselves, can LJ Sync port over comments from the entries I've cross-posted to LJ from my blog? That's the main thing I'm looking to do.
