Option to respect node access

Sometimes it's useful to have per-node or even per-user access. For example in workflow transitions we should be able to grant or revoke trashbin permission depending on workflow state. There should exist checkbox in trashbin settings, like "Respect node access rights". "Update" operation access seems suitable for this.
