There is a small typo in _watcher_email_notifications_create_excerpt - see attached diff.

Long known and fixed. The dev releases aren't supported.

I didn't find any issues regarding this and it's still in the cvs - sorry if it's already been fixed.

I'm afraid the dev releases aren't always up to date. I use Git locally and I don't use CVS unless I have to :)
