I've been looking through the "page not found" report and seeing several items containing this string:
[PLM=0][R] GET ...
The ellipsis is present in some; in others, GET is followed by some part of a URL.
I'm wondering where this comes from and what I could do to correct it.

I have seen the same code show up my logs; Someone is hoping to exploit your data base. I usually ban the IP address for 2 months (using the TROLL module). I actually ran the code myself against my site to make sure it doesn't get any useful information.
