This patch does two things (sorry for that, it was too much work to isolate only one from my existing fork/work). And it updates the module to the latest HEAD.

* Introduces better themability.
* Adds autoinline functionality.

Any jpg/png/gif smaller then XbyY will be added to the $node->body, via a theme function, in hook_view. Optional per node type. Simple, effective, no clutter.
You can theme it all very nice (Hello, I want the image to show top-right. we: just add 'this' to your theme.)
