First of all - thank you for a wonderful module! Moshe never stops amazing us.

Two suggestions for making module more generic:
1. Introduce a hook which would allow other modules to define custom URL Patterns and roles that are allowed to access those patterns.
2. Introduce a hook which would allow other modules to define custom URL Patterns and system-wide tokens (not user-specific) to access those URLs.

3. Using the just introduced hooks offer a user-interface which will allow admins to those settings from a Web-interface.

Let me know if you agree with this functionality and need a hand developing these.

I'm really not maintaining this module at all. I just gave irakli commit access. feel free to add features, fix bugs, etc. if that works out well, i am happy to make you the maintainer in a couple months.

This was a life-saver module for me to allow exposing RSS feeds on secured sites. I will be happy to contribute.

Setting to closed because there has been no further discussion in a year. If any of the features mentioned in the opening post are still of interest, feel free to reopen this issue.

Or better yet, create a more specific issue so each idea can be discussed on it's own merits.
