Taxonomy terms not shown on node

Issue Summary

This problem occurs when the 'submitted by' information is hidden on posts (turned off from the themes configuration page)
The taxonomy terms are not shown, and an empty box is displayed on the node.

Yes, I'm getting the same thing. I don't want name / date shown, but I do want tags to show.
