I am not sure whether to post this here or in advanced_help, but the injected help link - in the exported module form - shows up even if users should not have the permission to see the advanced_help.

It does however not show the icon (the small help icon), but instead reads the words "Help". If you click on it as an anonymous user, you get a 'cannot access this page'. I attached a screenshot to show how it looks like for an anon user.

Any ideas?

This is due to a bug in Advanced Help. Marking as duplicate of #941866: Help links displayed to users without advanced help permissions.
