Description
Hi
We'd love to use this module but have been holding off while there is RC4 release notes and only RC3 being available to download. Also there doesn't seem to be a release since december; if it is that stable, could it be marked as a stable release?
We have a calendar where this module would be fab; we have two CCK date fields of interest; 'booking deadline' and 'event date'. Can this module be configured to send out notifications x days before the booking deadline and y days and y hours before the event.
It would be fab if this could also be configured to send notifications to the same subscription module subscriptions lists; as a reminder to signup.
Thanks
Richard

a) There's no bug here, you're just asking some support questions.
b) You can't rename, alter, or "fix" releases. I can't just "mark RC3" as stable. I'd have to create a new release.
c) Yes, I've been meaning to release RC4 for a while (#363238: Release signup 6.x-1.0-rc4), but am very busy with other things.
d) No, you can't directly configure this module to send reminders out before multiple dates for the same event. That's outside its scope. But, you should be able to relatively easily get something like that working with actions/triggers.
e) Please use a separate issue for each distinct feature request (e.g. your final question about integration with subscriptions module), and please include some more detail about exactly what you've got in mind -- I'm not clear what "configured to send notifications to the same subscription module subscriptions lists; as a reminder to signup" means. Sounds like you just want a feature in subscriptions module (or a way to do it with actions/triggers) to send an email to everyone subscribed to a node. The feature you want doesn't necessarily have to live in signup module, just because the email you want to send them is regarding the features of signup.module. ;)
