to create a autorun.inf file for my backup batch file

hello
can any one please help me out as how to create a autorun.inf file .what i want is to create a autorun.inf file for my backup batch file which i have created on my desktop so as when i plug in my exteranl hard drive i what the batch file to auto run so the data gets transfered automatically from my desktop to external hard drive when i plug in instead of clicking the batch file backup module which is on my desktop.
