Login after reset forwards to wrong page.

Issue Summary

I have noticed that when a user forgets their password on my site they cant seem to get a new one. They enter their email or user name in the "request new password" tab. The email goes out, link takes them back to the "one time use page" and when you click on "login", it goes right back to the "request new password tab"... Which is not entirely helpful...

Is there a folder that it may be attempting to write to that I dont have correct permissions on? Looking for ideas...
