Module does not display CCK date form fields. They just don't show in the form setup page at all or in the final form. Also, can't disable for specific node types so I have no way to bypass this issue for problem node types.

I can't reproduce this bug. CCK date form fields show up fine for me, what version of CCK are you using? Also, have you tried to jump through the standard hoops like cache clearing?

I've significantly changed my CCK configuration and I can no longer recreate this either so I'm closing this issue.
