I have a fieldset with one child selection field set *not* to be e-mailed. However, the name of the fieldset is still included in the submission mail - which is useless. Thus, I am asking to only include a fieldset in the E-mail if it actually has at least one child field having the E-mail checkbox ticked.

This is now the case in the 3.x version, a fieldset is only printed if there are child values. Of course in 2.x you can just uncheck the "email" option for the fieldset (I think).

Yes, in 3.x it now works fine. However, in 2.x it doesn't. Fieldsets don't have the "email" option at all...
