Issue Summary
Ok, so i have three view content panes added to a one column mini panel that is part of a panel page. i see my three views just fine, but they are not tabbed. Where do I configure it to display as tabs instead of one pane after the other? I can't find documentation anywhere. thanks. Kevin

you have to select a design style for the mini panel.
There you can select "tabs"
