Users don't like having to cody and paste the code to the /user/register form
This patch adds the validation code and the users e-mail address to the url, and puts these values in as the form default vaules.

This has been addressed in 4-7. Marking this a 4-6 issue.

Is this implemented in 4.7? I have the 4.7 version and it seems to be missing still...

It's handled altogether differently. This code would duplicate the functionality. In 4.7 the authorization code is in the URL that is sent in the mail, and just by clicking it, they've entered the code. Prior to 4.7, you got a mail with a number, then you had to manually enter that number in a form. You no longer need to do this.

Also, in 4.7, there is a site message which the site admin enters, and a personal message which the user enters when inviting.

I think that covers all the requests in this patch. If anyone wants to apply this patch to 4.6 or backport the changes from 4.7, go ahead. Keeping marked as 4.6.
