links in checklist assume site is in root directory

Thanks for what looks like it will be a very helpful module and 'process document'!

Just starting to try it out, and noticed that clicking on links that should lead to internal pages lead instead to the root. Obviously not a problem if the site is installed in the root directory, but seemed worth pointing out.
