How to activate the "count all content types"-feature in generated block?

Hi Nancy,

thank you very much for this brilliant module! :)

I've installed the module and did some options like "count all content types" what is working great on taxonomy/vocabulary/.
I'm not sure what I'm missing but if I use the generated block "Taxonomy List for XYZ" I can't see this fancy count feature.

Can you tell me how to achieve it, please?
