Tooltpis doesn't appears for image title attribute

Jtooltips works for <a href> title attributes, but not for <img src> title attributes, so now I have on page 50/50 normal tooltips and jtooltips, as some modules are using <img src> title attributes instead <a href> (good example of this is user picture where are both title attributes - for link and image, so two tooltips appears 'normal' and jtooltip).
