How to make this all stuff (flash) on drupal (lightbox, javascript, ajax, jquery, flickr)

1) Here http://www.alf.it/start.html on Products page is image. And it is divided on 2 parts. When mouse is on first (left) part there is appeared menu and left image part became transparent with menu. How to do this on Drupal.

Does anybody knows some jquery-efects otehr modules?

2) Here is intro page http://www.fasolin.it/ and how to do this on drupal (jquery, lightbox, other)

3) And here http://www.fasolin.it/index.php/component/option,com_expose/Itemid,5/ is great flash slideshow, with zoom-in-out on mouse in/mouse out and slideshow with "prev", "next", "first", "end" button like here http://www.gasperinisrl.com/collezioni/imbottiti/default.htm.
And of in slideshow will be quantity of images more than X allowed than make auto rolling when mouse is out of slidshow in exactly way.

Does anybony knows some standard flash/jquery/other slideshow modules?
Are there other way to do this in Drupal?

4.1) And one more what is on FLASH (great technology but not now and not for drupal as much as i want :)) - Audio player
Want to have backend-audio-playing and possibility to stop playing.
4.2) Video playing on home page. After end of video - to have button "Play again", "Repaly", i.e. (How to replace swf-video file with Drupal modules)

Wil be appriciated for any help (or integrate flash to drupal or how to make it all instead of using flash).

And has sombody great expirience in using of Service module and AMFPHP?

PS. Yes I know it's better to make it all in flash, but i'm interested how to do this in Drupal and if it is possible at all.

PS2. Does anybody have expiriens to work with Shadowbox ?
