I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but my google stats page shows 'Visits' and 'Pageviews' as having dropped on some days.

Could I have implemented it wrong?

For clarification: I am talking about the TOTAL vists and pageviews and not each days individual stats.

At first I thought I was imagining it - that's why I began recording my stats from GA. To give you an example - one day Visits read '100' and the next day they read '95' etc.

I don't like to guess either ;-) but I have implemented the module with the tracking code in the header and I'm not using any other scripts etc.

The module works well as is on over 35.000 sites. Maybe you do not have traffic or something is wrong with Google. I cannot help with this little information and without an URL. There is no feature "only track every second day" build in.

As it turns out our default view at Google Analytics had been changed without my knowledge - I never change it myself so I was confused as to what was going on. As we have a very active forum I was sure the numbers weren't adding up and I was a little worried when I originally posted tat we had somehow lost the data.
